The Staff at Heaton House are well qualified and have many years experience. It is a policy of the nursery to encourage staff to attend courses and meetings and continually update and develop their knowledge and skills. Our commitment to training and development has been recognised through our achievement of Investors in people status.
In addition to qualified and experienced staff we also support students who are working towards a childcare qualification at college by offering the opportunity for realistic and practical work experience within a well-supervised and supportive environment. |
